By using services, such as accessing and browsing this website (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”) operated by the Japan Kukan Design Award (hereinafter referred to as “the Award”), you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

If the contents of the linked site are offensive to public order and morals, we may, at our own discretion, request to delete or correct the link to the Website. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the copyright of the Website belongs to the Award.
